1. Business Identity & Program Description
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SMS/text messaging communications from PKSA Karate Flat Rock, an independently owned and operated martial arts school located in Flat Rock, Michigan (website: www.pksaflatrock.com).
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive messages relating to your inquiry for more information about our school and/or to book your trial class. Our programs include Tang Soo Do for kids and adults, family classes, teen and adult fitness, and self-defense training — all within a family-friendly, community-centered environment.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — whether through our website, trial class registration form, in person, or any other enrollment method — you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from PKSA Karate Flat Rock. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3. Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 5–50 messages/month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PKSA Karate Flat Rock is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected to data or network outages, technical limitations of your carrier, or any other factors outside of our reasonable control.
6. Eligibility
By opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that:
You are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number provided.
You are 18 years of age or older, or a parent/legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor student.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our SMS opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms
PKSA Karate Flat Rock reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
